How to keep motivated?

Some days i just dont wanna move a muscle even though i know u should. When i dont i feel so guilty i could roll up and die. Any tips yall use 2 keep moving?

What keeps me going?
Actually seeing the weight loss in the mirror
Finding it easier by the week to get into my downsize clothes
Thinking that this t-shirt is now 'too big'
Being able to feel my ribs!
Knowing that at 48 years old, this is the best thing i've done in years
Being able to keep up with my son!
There are days where i just chill right out and do zero. But you need those times too. Don't get down, just concentrate on what you ARE doing, that's the most important

Guilt makes you feel like rolling up and die. Lose the guilt. Move in a way that makes you feel good. Then you will want to move, and you will move.0

I must admit that seeing the weight-loss in both the scale, body and in clothing that I wear has kept me so motivated.
I am also finding the fitter I am getting the more motivated I am being to hit the same amount of calories that I used to when I started.0 -
various app like MFP and the fact by doing more exercise is leaving me with less lower back pain.1
