Hip fat
Of course we sadly know that you can't spot reduce. I was just wondering if anyone else struggles with fat collecting at your hips? and dip below the hip? It's so frustrating because I never see anyone else with his problem...just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

Pasta Alternatives/Healthy Pasta?
I love pasta, and I also love things like spaghetti squash and zoodles...but sometimes I just want pasta, noodles, etc. Do you just eat regular pasta as a cheat (I say cheat because I'm staying low carb/calorie intake) and work it into your calories or has anyone found a brand that has less calories or anything?

Counting Calories with questions
Counting calories has made me crazy. All I think of is food. I eat very well over all but in the effort to loose weight, I have developed an unhealthy relationship with calories and food. It makes me want to eat less, have cravings, and feel guilty. I just want to relax but I don't know how to stop counting and obsessing…
