Why is it that being at social events makes me lose all self control?? Even after losing 3 lbs I still had like 5 cookies and a slice of cake at a cookout yesterday. New to Keto
Hi, I just recently started KETO dieting. It's hard getting used to all the meat and cheese and giving up the glorious carbs. I've been limiting myself to 20 carbs per day. Anyway, just looking for an accountability partner to exchange recipes with and support each other along the way.

Do you count straight carbs? Or net carbs?
I'm new to Keto and my target carb count per day is 20, not net carbs just straight carbs. How many carbs or net carbs do you all have in one day to remain in Ketosis? Should I count net carbs instead of carbs? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
