Why Why why? RANT
I've been doing ok. It may have taken me 41 days but I am down 9lbs and even found a way to work some wine into my calories. And then tonight, I ate pizza. 3 fu#$ing pieces of pizza and it put my calories over by 1,ooo!!! ONE THOUSAND!!! Why did I do it? I knew it was bad. But dang, I want to sit and eat with my family…

Calorie question
I recently made homemade cream cheese. The recipe is just while milk, lemon and salt. 4cups of milk makes 8oz of cream cheese. I've been counting 1 ounce of cream cheese as the same nutritional value as 1 serving of whole milk (1/2 cup). Does that sound right?

The Chunk
Hi Everyone. I'm Machel (Pronounced Michelle). I've lost and gained 50 pounds 4 times now Ugh. I've been here for 2 weeks, tracking my calories and weight and I'm doing ok. I seem stuck in a circle of doing well through the week and then gaining some of it back on the weekends. Then it takes all week to get back. UGH…
