Sixties letting it go!
Hi there. I am new to My Fitness Pal and also new to the "shoot, over 60 and here it sits!" gang. At 63 I have gained 25 pounds and a "laptable" I do not want. So after trying several old and new diet fads decided the only way to really get rid of it is to write down what I am eating and see what has to go. Looks like…
