Something that has been preventing me from losing is when scanning barcodes you have to look at how many servings for each container. Its not always one. I was shocked when I actually started reading what I was eating. Just a helpful thing that I have learned on this journey.

I'm losing weight this week!
I didn't lose weight last week. I'm so mad at myself cause I'm pretty sure I know why but I'm getting back on track. 8 lbs down 42 to go!!!!

25 days in !! I have a habit.

Hi i keep trying rgia on and off lose like 8 pounds and stop. So now lol im gonna stick too it. Been working out 2 weeks but just started recording to stay on the right track. Wish me luck!
