I have been working out for the past 3 weeks and getting results. One problem I am having is that at times it can be boring to workout by myself. Anyone from Brooklyn, Manhattan or Staten Island want to create a workout group? If your from somewhere else, any suggestions to make the time on the treadmill go faster?
i started doing daily cardio 17 days ago and MFP 6 days ago. Trying to lose 50+ lbs. Looking for friends to keep me accountable.
