Down almost 6.8 lbs. Anyone in Florida area?
6'2 240 lbs. Looking to lose about 30 lbs. I had 2 torn ligaments and a broken foot about 7 months ago. Still hurts. Going slow. I dream about running now since I miss it. I can now walk fine. Hello all
