What's the over/under margin for Calories?
So my calorie intake is 3,800 per day to gain 1.5lb a week, I'm curious, what's the margin for error? How far over and under can I be and not lose or get too fat? Cuz i Know some days I will go over like 300 cal or under 300...same for macros?

Calf muscle issue
Um, does anybody else have trouble growing your calf muscles? I'm 6'1 and 171 lb...perhaps cuz of my lengthy leg?

Hello people, Like my title, this time its for real. Trying to put on weight cuz for years I've been doing it wrong and I finally know why. My nutrition was whack thus no real results. Let's motivate each other cuz we all need that push from time to time.

If I do HIIT, can I still gain weight?
Sup guys, I'm trying to put on some mass but I'm trying out HIIT. Haven't done thay before but so far its intense. Its been about two weeks now and everytime its a challenge. My question is, will it be hard for me to put on mass with HIIT?
