Hey im gabby! I used to be 115 pounds but due to ugly eating habits went up to 180 being my highest weight! ive currently lost about 20 pounds and now weight 161!! my goal for now is to weigh 130 pounds, I recently started keto and its done wonders for me along with cardio and weight lifting!

Hi I'm new here. I'm trying to lose about 50 pounds I'm 21 I weigh 173 I want to drop down to 115Ibs. Can someone explain what macros are and maybe calculate mine. I have about 36 percent body fat if that info is needed.
