Just starting out
I am 67. Started at 1800 cal. Now down to 1600 cal. I drink Unjury (protein drink) each day . I don't eat any wheat or wheat by products (Wheat Belly) I do eat eggs, chicken, lean meats, vegetables, salads with lemon juice dressing and just few fruits.
