AHHHHHHH THIS IS NOT WORKING!
ok ok ok so.... where to start..... firstly I eat well, high protein, low carb and always stick to under my calorie goal, I do atleast 15,000 steps a day at work in my 12 hour shift and I go the gym, walk my 2 dogs and do activities with the children and I still can't manage to lose any more than 4lb which I seem to always…
