ok ok ok so.... where to start..... firstly I eat well, high protein, low carb and always stick to under my calorie goal, I do atleast 15,000 steps a day at work in my 12 hour shift and I go the gym, walk my 2 dogs and do activities with the children and I still can't manage to lose any more than 4lb which I seem to always put back on!!! Have a personal trainer 2 times a week and follow everything they say and tell me to do and still no results! I wouldn't mind if I cheated and had the odd chocolate bar etc, but I don't! I could kill for a are of Galaxy whole nut right now and I'm not usually a chocolate lover... so stressed, 2 months of being extremely good and exercise, I expect to have atleast lost 10lb right?????

Make sure you are logging your food correctly (no homemade or generic entries) and weighing your food. Avoid using cups/spoons/eyeballing. Make sure you have a reasonable goal (0.5-1 pound per week is good for most people).
  • Do you weigh your food and measure you liquids? I have a similar problem at first, instarted to weight all food that crosses my lips and noticed more of a change in my weekly loss, then I started to measure all liquids that I have, and again, i noticed a change in my weekly loss

Also, sometimes the scale won't move for weeks on end… so I started measuring myself too.

So if you don't already, I would suggest investing in a measuring tape, food scales and measuring jugs and measuring spoons/cups, you'd be surprised at the difference

Hope you get out of this little spot of trouble your having :) x
