Do you just count macros?
Hi! I am currently on a 1200kcal diet, mostly no-meat, and on C45% P35% F25%. My question is if you are calorie counting, do you just look at your macronutrients or do you account for micros as well? I am currently 4'11ft, 116lbs. Looking for new MFP buddies to share meal plans and recipes with! :)
