I am down to 206. I don’t know the last time I was this light. I am pretty proud of where I am now and hoping to get to 200 soon. It’s not easy but it’s not as hard as some think. Keep it up everyone.

Just stepped on the scale and I am up about 8 pounds from my lowest a few months ago. I am back on this now to get back on track.
So I began using this app again to lose 10 more pounds. I used it before and I did well with it but this time I can't seem to get the weight off. I am feeling discouraged.
