I am down to 206. I don’t know the last time I was this light. I am pretty proud of where I am now and hoping to get to 200 soon. It’s not easy but it’s not as hard as some think. Keep it up everyone.

Added weight sad face
I have been up this winter and now I am even heavier. I was consistently 3 pounds more than I was for most of last year after losing a bunch of weight. So I was okay but now I am 7. Starting again
Just stepped on the scale and I am up about 8 pounds from my lowest a few months ago. I am back on this now to get back on track.

This weight loss this isn't going well
So I began using this app again to lose 10 more pounds. I used it before and I did well with it but this time I can't seem to get the weight off. I am feeling discouraged.

I did th RP diet and it worked for me. I am currently doing it again to lose another 10 pounds. Anyone else using it or used it?

10 more pounds
I have lost something like 20 pounds since October last year. I want 10 more my this October. I use to not like working out but I am not a CrossFit person for three years now. Good luck to everyone in their weight loss goals.
