Going to buy a smaller plate or kids plate and put my dinner on this to make it a smaller portion! Do you think I should eat what I normally eat though? X and is this a good idea will it help a lot? X ;)

What are the benefits of it? I've just done 15 x 40 seconds normal resistance and 20 seconds high resistance on my exercise bike, after a 5 minute warm up, what are the benefits of HIIT?

Exercise bike calories burnt, accurate?
Just been on my exercise bike for 30 minutes, it says I burnt 242 calories, do you think that sounds about right? I was probably doing moderate speed! But I am sweating. Do you think 6 rounds of Charlotte crosbys DVD or exercise bike is best?
Which is best for burning the most calories? I can do 6 or 7 rounds of Charlotte crosbys belly blitz, which is a warm up and then 3 minute rounds, or exercise bike with it going up hill and on flat ground?
