How do I enter like half a pound etc, such as when weighing myself it's so many stone and 12.4lb?

    You have to choose between stones+pounds and pounds+decimal. Or kilos+decimal.

    So could I enter at the end stones, 11.6lb? Is this possible?

    No, either stones or pounds.

    I just change my units to pounds in the profile info before I enter the details. And I changed my scale to just pounds too. Then when I want it to tell me something that makes sense to me, o change the units back to stones and pounds!

    Could you just enter the stones with a decimal? I'm American, so I don't use stones at all, but if you weighed 9 stone, 11.4 pounds, could you just enter it as 9.8142857 stone?
