Ive come back after realizing that I've become, technically, obese. I need to lose 40lbs, maybe even 50lbs, but I'm really impatient and new to this stuff. Im looking for friends to get motivated!
I have a serious snacking problem, and it's getting to the point if i even yo near the fridge i feel obligated to eat something. Do you guys have any low-calorie but fulling snacks besides fruit?
