Major abdominal surgery?
I should be having major abdominal surgery before the end of this year. I'll need to be off work six weeks, and won't be able to work out for at least 4-6 weeks either, so I will be going from very active to sedentary. Not sure if i should switch to maintenance during the recovery or not.

Like the ones that show up in your feed on the main page? Wtf am I missing? I have looked all over the app and can't figure it out.

Am I losing too fast or is it still too early to say?
I've been on here 11 days and as of this morning have lost 5 lbs, two of which were in the last two days. I put myself as moderately active because I work full time as a massage therapist, and then I log my workouts separately. Getting to eat snacks you forgot about
I usually plan my days out the night before just so I don't have to think about it. Tonight after dinner I was looking over my diary and realized I had a snack on there I had forgot about and hadn't eaten yet. Awwwww yeahhhhhh! Lol.

Gas pain
I'm having really bad bloating and gas. Like the kind that doesn't want to leave my body and is super painful. Not sure what's going on. I am vegan btw.

Hungry on lifting days
Ok, I get why MFP doesn't calculate calories burned for strength exercises, I think, but I'm running into an issue where I'm just starving on the days I lift. I eat back at least half, if not all, of my calories on the days I do cardio because I honestly need to, but I think I need to eat a few more on my lifting days too.…
