Ok I'm at a loss, if you look at my food diary for today you can see what I've eaten drank etc. Now I've put everything in and I mean everything and now I'm being told I'm not eating enough what am I supposed to do I can't be eating. When to include toning in cardio?
Ok so I have a fair bit of weight to lose how long do I do cardio for before starting to include some toning exercises with it. Especially my stomach. Thanks in advance
