After surgery weight gain
Hi all. I just had abdominal surgery last Monday. I'm home and weighed myself and gain 7 lbs. I think it's water weight because I know I'm not eating over maintenance calories. But it wondering how long do you think it will take for my body to absorb all this water. I'm really drinking a lot of water too.

I just had a ventral hernia repaired. Just wondering if I should put myself on maintenance until I'm moving around more. On OxyContin.

Exercise with broken foot
Hi all, ok so I broke my foot. The day I signed up at the YMCA. So I'm not able to go for 4 to 6 weeks. What can I do to get some in. I usually walk a couple of miles a day with my dog. Thanks
