46year old getting back to excercise. I just started a one on one cross fit routine for a full hour. (Day1) How do i log the type of exercise, how do we know how many calories burn ? Please help

I seem to work super hard about every 5-6years at my body than NOTHING. I really want my body back. I mean what once used to be a fit body. I am no expert on body fat and so fort.
