I seem to work super hard about every 5-6years at my body than NOTHING. I really want my body back. I mean what once used to be a fit body. I am no expert on body fat and so fort. But i am ready to start with 3days per week workouts with a 1200 calorie diet per day. I am 5'5" currently weight 145 my goal 120. Or at least be size 4 again fit tone body whatever my weight will become. I now look good for 46 but not in a bikini. Any pointers please. I eat very healthy but my age and state of mind slowed me down. I want energy and a hot body again. Please all POV's welcome.

Hola Perrona1,
Sounds like you are in the same spot as I am.0 -
I'm 48 years old. The best advice I can give you in addition to your plan is to lift weights. As heavy as your body will reasonably allow. That is the path to looking hot.1

If you can't bring yourself to do free weights yet then do a decent bodyweight programme

But it all comes down to calorie intake for fat loss so don't forget your calorie counting
