Hey all! I don't know about you, but I'm always looking for new ideas for meals, so what are you eating today?
I'm taking my first aerial silks class later today and there is not an "Aerial Silks" option under the exercise section. I read some other threads that said to log it as either "Gymnastics" or "Rock Climbing" but sadly a final decision was never made on what was the better option. Does anyone have any recommendations?
