When does post workout weight gain go away?
I worked out pretty hard WED and gained 4lbs! I had swelling in my legs (but have went down) but the scale still says I've gained 4lbs!!! But I'm eating about 1-1.200 diet. Weight gain after working out?
Okay, so I'm 137 lbs trying to get to 110. It's very hard. I'm eating around 900-1000 calories a day biting typically 300-500 calories from cardio.
