I've been out of work for months so I sleep a lot during the day and at night I be up watching Tv eating junk food! After I eat it I feel horrible could depression be making me binge at night?

I've been going to the gym for the past few weeks and everything been going good. But I stopped going for a few days because I wasn't feeling well. So I was home binge eating and now I feel horrible because I think I've gained some of the weight I ve lost so far!
