Ok I don't get it I lost a pound yesterday and I at 300 calories this morning but somehow I weigh 2 pounds more ..what happend? I've always stayed under my calories goal for the day. I dont understand.
I started tracking about 15 days ago and have done good but I've only went from 240 to 233 and i seem to be stuck..am I needing it even more less?? I have cut pop out of died except one day..any advice.. I know it takes time but this is the first time I've committed to a diet and stayed on it
