Could eating too little calories cause me to not lose?
Since thanksgiving the scale is showing a 5-8 lbs weight gain. I have bee trying to stick to 1200 calories a day to get these 5-8 lbs off that I gained. Could I be eating too little? I am 155-158lbs. 5' 6" Female.

Last 10 pounds!!
I have been trying to loose the last 10 pounds since September!! My goal is 150 and I range anywhere from 155-158 lately. Any tips for loosing the last 5-10 pounds? Would like to get there around summer!

How do I know if I am gaining muscle?
I have been working out 5-6 times a week for the last month and still haven't seen a change in weight, could I be gaining muscle? I feel good and my clothes fit good just having trouble losing the last 10-15. I am a little scale obsessed I think that doesn't help. Any tips?

How do you know if you have reached your ideal weight?
Hi everyone, I have been loosing weight very slowly the past few months (1 pound a month if that) is it possible I am at a healthy weight and will not lose anymore? I am 155 and 5'6 - my goal is to lose about 5-10 more pounds nothing crazy.
