I have been fat all my life. And the problem is I can't stay on track with my goal to lose weight. I've lost 40lbs back in 2014 but I returned in double in just a year. Can anyone help me with diet and exercise plans? Starting weight : 265lbs Current weight : 265lbs Goal by Dec. 31 : 240lbs Ultimate goal : 180lbs
