I have been fat all my life. And the problem is I can't stay on track with my goal to lose weight. I've lost 40lbs back in 2014 but I returned in double in just a year. Can anyone help me with diet and exercise plans?

Starting weight : 265lbs
Current weight : 265lbs
Goal by Dec. 31 : 240lbs
Ultimate goal : 180lbs

use MFP for every meal, everything that enters your mouth. Use a food scale everytime, if you can't use a scale, please evaluate weather you really need to eat it, probably not. This will retrain your mind to what is a proper portion. "the right amount".... No Diet, No exercise needed. (exercise to get better at something, not to lose weight)

I did 260lb to 194lb in 4-5 months, NO cheat days, that will cause a week of stopped progress

It all starts in your mind. You have to be determined that no matter what, you can do this! It will hurt, it will be hard, but YOU CAN DO IT! Counting calories is what has really helped me to lose weight! It put it in to perspective for me when I saw the numbers. I currently try not to eat more than 1300 calories a day (even though I have it set for 1500). It's HARD and sometimes I feel like I'm starving, but I am seeing results. I can eat healthy meals and still lose weight as long as I stay under 1300. I also try to go walking/jogging every day... or I did. Just last week I pulled a tendon in my leg, so I haven't be able to do much on it, but do other exercises that don't involve using or injuring my leg more. Just always keep your goal in mind. Don't get frustrated when your weight fluctuates (easier said than done!). Just keep pushing and you will get there.
