Is this too much sugar during weight gain?
I don't have diabetes or anything. I do seem to get low blood sugar aloT buts that's usually just when I need more food. Since I've upped my calories some days I get 100+ sugars. Today I got 133 and I'm guessing 100 of those where added. I need to gain weight. I'm about 95 pounds and 5 foot 3. So is this ok or is that…
