Years ago I was on this site and it helped me drop 40lbs. I was able to keep it off for years until last December when I became ill. I was diagnosed with cancer and had a few doctors screw up, to put it nicely. Well 3 weeks ago I was finally released to go back to the gym once again. My issue is that I have fallen away…
