Mirrors, car windows or any other shiny things ...
Is anyone else incapable of walking past a reflective surface without checking out how fat they look that day? I'm talking mirrors, store windows, the side of a shiny vehicle ... and not just once a day, but literally anytime that you can remotely see yourself in anything?

I used to stress about the number on the scale, and honestly still do every single day. I have been 160 and dropped down to 108. I am the definition of fit to fat to fit and on the fast track for fat again. The cycle never ends. I'm either way too into it or just not into doing the work at all! This time around it's all about finding the balance of fun (first!), food and fitness. I'm sure my body will thank me, it must be tired of all the stretching…
