I used to stress about the number on the scale, and honestly still do every single day. I have been 160 and dropped down to 108. I can't help but admit looking at the image attached I still find her middle one most attractive. What I have learned is I only weigh one pound more than a girl I've followed for her music first that turned to fitness. I am the definition of skinny fat with rolls and cheese and all the bad *kitten* that comes along with being lazy. My number on the scale may be low but I have a long way to go. Forever grateful for the constant reminders that numbers don't matter only what you see in your reflection.
