Anyone stuck? Houston ?
Ive lost 25pounds simply eating better, dropping fast food, sodas, and high sugar items, but stuck on 180-182 and it seems stagnant and I seem to be more hungry these days, im physical at work every day but hard to motivate a work out regiment !!
