When did your tastebuds start to change?
I'm on my third week and although I've managed to stay away from added sugar and fast food, I'm still craving it like crazy! I'm so looking forward to the day when I can drive right by McDonalds and honestly think it's gross. I've heard people say 3 weeks time, but is that realistic?

When does the weight start coming off?
I've eaten clean and worked out for 2 straight weeks now and although I am definitely feeling better mentally and physically, the scale has barely moved. I'm trying to be patient, but I really need to SEE change to stay motivated! How long does it take for the pounds to start falling off?
