Runners...how many calories do you eat on a very long run day?!
I am talking about 90min-120min+ runs... 15+ miles. Also, this is assuming you're still eating at a deficit to lose weight.

How not to get frustrated
I know weight loss takes time...I'm only 1.5 weeks into my using this website and am down 5 lbs, which is excellent... even though it's mostly water. I am way more frustrated with the fact that weight loss takes sooo long in general.. 5 lbs in one and a half weeks is great...but for any more weight than that it takes weeks…

Is it possible to look bigger from gaining muscle...or is it probably fat
I am super confused. I am 10 lbs more than I would like to be...however, still wear the same sizes as I did when I was 10 lbs lighter this past year. I have had people tell me I look visibly bigger ( and different). However, I am wondering if gaining muscle makes such a difference in appearance that people would comment?…

do you log exercise calories?
I was wondering for those of you who do log exercise, when and is it beneficial? I am trying to decide if I should log mine. I exercise 90 minutes of cardio 5x a week, plus weights every other day. I logged today...but I am not sure if it will prevent me from losing weight? I burn about 700-1000 calories a day from the gym…
