Anyone work the overnight shift and lose weight? It seems everyone at my job gained 20-30 lb their first 2 months of working the 7 pm - 7 am shift, mainly from snacking to stay awake. I can't let that happen. Any tips of living healthy with a 3rd shift schedule?
