Need More Energy!!
So I need help. I am constantly tired and sleepy and have no energy whatsoever. I need tips on what I can eat or maybe cut out of my diet to get more energy. I'm so tired of being tired!! I've gained a lot of weight and seem to have trouble keeping it off when I lose it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Bloating Problems...need remedy
Is there anything I can take to help my stomach from getting bloated after everything I eat? I heard apple cider vinegar works, but have yet to try it. Any suggestions?

Is there such a thing as having "too much protein?"
I want to know if it's possible to intake too much protein? Could it possibly make you gain weight if too much is consumed daily?

Muscle milk thoughts??
What are everyone's thoughts on muscle milk? Could it be used as a snack? Mainly for post workout? I'm asking bc after my workouts I am starving and I want to refuel my body properly. I have never tried it before so I need opinions. Please and thanks! :)
