It is so hard to find support, diets, and exercises that will help with everything. I have gained so much weight over the years because of this and I am so bloated. I just want to feel healthy…
I have three jobs and I go to college full time. I never have time to cook something and it seems like the only thing I have time to eat is junk food and large soda's. I really need to break this cycle of eating junk food and I need healthy food ideas to eat on the fly. Any suggestions?
