I personally have found HIIT training on "cardio" days are most beneficial for high cal burning. Ex: 2 min level 10 stair master 15 jump squats 15 abs of your choice 10 (each arm) curls.. I use 10lb plates 15 abs of your choice 15 glutes (ex: donkey kicks) Repeat 5x :) What do y'all think? :#
