I personally have found HIIT training on "cardio" days are most beneficial for high cal burning.
Ex:
2 min level 10 stair master
15 jump squats
15 abs of your choice
10 (each arm) curls.. I use 10lb plates
15 abs of your choice
15 glutes (ex: donkey kicks)
Repeat 5x :)
What do y'all think? :#

I'm sure that everyone on this forum will agree that HIIT is the best exercise for everyone, regardless of their personal goals or individual levels of fitness.

    Am I right?

Yes, and I was saying it was pretty beneficial for me personally. No need for passive aggressive comments

HIIT has its purpose.( I wouldn't be doing it every day though)
Your routine looks more like circuit training though..

Ditto's that appears to be circuit training, if not calisthenics because of lack of weight and appears no rests.

True HIIT (meaning cardio that otherwise could have been done at steady state is now done with intervals as hard as they can be for very short periods of time) actually burns less calories than just an intense session of top aerobic or bottom anaerobic cardio.

True HIIT has other purposes though beyond calorie burning. Just like any workout does.

So if truly just calorie burn is what you are after, and not actually overall body improvement - then just do 30 min of some cardio (running, biking, stairs, ect) at the highest level you can, that still allows recovery from it so you can do it the next day again.

Usually takes some experimenting, because go too hard, and you've knocked out tomorrow's workout being as intense.

But that will burn more calories than your workout. But your workout is using muscles in most the body - so a good one. Even if not the highest calorie burn.

HIIT as you've used it is a fad label being slapped on any number of workouts that existed long before HIIT became a fad and misapplied.

HIIT has more to do with your level of exertion relative to the length of your interval. There are many types, but most don't involve doing a certain number of reps. It's more about going balls to the wall and then dropping into a pool of heaving misery for what feels like a painfully short recovery only to do it again and again. What you have as a workout looks tough, make no mistake, but it couldn't possibly be done five times through if at your highest intensity.

For my cardio i like to do HIIT and MISS. My hiit days are (see above). If I'm able to keep going still at 20 minutes then i check myself because my intensity wasn't high enough. On MISS days I do moderate intensity steady state. Running, biking, etc. but at a level that's difficult to carry on any kind of conversation. It gets me the best of both worlds: the inarguable benefits of hiit that you've already mentioned combined with the cardiovascular benefits and sheer enjoyability of regular cardio.

I incorporate HIIT style conditioning into my group fitness resistance class. I typically reserve the last ten minutes to crush 4 to 6 core and body weight exercises including some explosive movements into a 30 seconds on 10 second rest cycle. We typically do three sets through the whole cycle. Great way to get the heart rate up at the tail end of a workout.

That's not HIIT and it's not really going to be a big calorie burner either.

Doesn't mean it's a bad exercise choice for you though.
