I am 42. Right now I take fish oil 1000mg 3xdaily, gnc megamen vitamin 1xdaily and 81mg 1xdaily of asprin daily. As a 42oobie should I be taking anything else for vitamins, supplements? I drink protein shakes after running (gnc whey protein). Just wanted to know what you middle aged males are taking for health and stuff.
