Losing the last 5 kilos
I'm 164cm and weigh about 61 kilos. I've been struggling to get to my goal weight of 56. I've been below my overall daily calorie goal 90% of the time for the past 4 weeks and been exercising at least 4 times a week for the past 3 weeks.
