Low Energy - help?
I'm struggling with low energy and am wondering if anybody else has figured out how to boost it! I'm hypothyroid with Hashimoto's, so my metabolism is sluggish. I do take levothyroxine every morning and my bloodwork comes back in the normal range. I'm not a low-carb dieter, so that can't be the problem. I have all these…

Gained 3 lbs :(
I've been tracking my calories at 1600 and hitting the gym on a regular basis (not so great at login it into MFP though). And I gained 3 lbs?!?! I'm so disheartened. Did anybody else gain before they saw a loss? The scale is supposed to go down, not up! Help!

Water Consumption Tricks
I'm struggling with my 72 oz of daily water...anybody have some tips or tricks to make sure I get it all down by 8 pm? (Any water later than that and I'm in the bathroom all night!). I usually try to infuse my water with citrus, but that's not always possible. Any tips/tricks that you use would be appreciated!
