I have about 10-15 more lbs to lose. At first I felt very hungry in a deficit, but now very rarely. Is this normal?
I've seen a few people comment not to confuse the two. Can you get stronger without gaining muscle? I do martial arts for exercise and we often do pushups, lunges, ab work. Wondering how you could get stronger without building muscle. Thanks.
What do you do at the end of the day if you have used your calories, but are still genuinely hungry? I feel like not listening to my body is a bad thing.
