Hello I was wondering if anyone has any good homemade protein shake recipes ? I currently use these : Half banana 8oz 1% milk 1 cup Greek yogurt (fat free) 1 tbl peanut butter 50 g of Acai 2 tbl ovaltine I mix these in the blender and add a cup of ice cubes to make it as a slushy.
