Day one!
Hey guys this is my first day back on my diet. I've been on and off dieting for 6 years ! (Since I was 15) now I'm 21 and am ready to get off this roller coaster and finally lose it for good and actually reach my goal weight. Anyone else in a similar position? Here's to the last day one of my life !
