Hey everyone ! So I'm coming to the end of my first week. I haven't started working out yet but I've been very watchful of my diet. I think that the best way to keep yourself going is to remember that if not now..then when?

What motivates me everyday is that with each unique passing day we are only getting older. And I can eat all the junk food I want wen I'm wrinkly and old. But while I'm a young adult.. I wana enjoy everything that life has to offer ..including a better body and state of mind. Taking it one day at a time helps the most because thinking about 90 days or however long ur diet may be, makes the task seem so much harder. But when you tell urself that today ull be good, it doesn't seem so Impossible
