Tired after exercise
I feel like tired is an understatement. After I finish exercising, I am exhausted. Is that bad? Hello, I have been doing this for 2 days now. I am 5'1 and 145lbs. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. and the tracker gave me the goal of 1,200 calorie intake a day.
